The stretch of 69th Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues is plagued by a host of garbage and debris disposal violations, according to a report by Will Bredderman of the Bay Ridge Courier.

Two different members of Community Board 10 with businesses or homes on 69th Street believe that the City government is failing its due dilligence to enforce Sanitation laws on that stretch.

“That row of tenement buildings has broken cabinets sitting outside for days and days, or disgusting filthy mattresses that shouldn’t be sitting out in the rain,” Bob Hudock told Bredderman, in violation of laws that require refuse to be store inside or behind the residence or inside.
