The Bay Ridge Union Center for the Arts [8101 Ridge Blvd], or BRUCA, will be holding their open house, as well as a sale of original studio creations, this Saturday, June 9, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Anyone considering taking a class at the facility – which bills itself as “the place for the Bay Ridge community to access challenging and well-taught classes in the arts for an affordable price,” will have the chance to speak with instructors – as well as sign up for summer art classes.

As an added bonus, BRUCA will host a sale of pottery, which is both “made and fired by artists in the BRUCA studio.”

For more info, please visit www.bruca.org, or contact Program Director Ed Huml at edhuml@bruca.org.
